(Postage Charges)

- Normal Postage = FREE (unless otherwise stated)
- Registered Postage = Additional S$2.00
- Air Bubbled Package (Protection of Items) = Additional S$0.50-S$1.50

(Meetups)

- Meetups are available only at Bishan/Orchard MRT station.
- Method of payment for meetups will be via OCBC/POSB transfer before meetup OR cash deal during meetup.

(6) Items will be mailed within 24 hours once payment is received. Buyers should be able to receive purchased items between 1-3 days after payment. (Do note that items will take longer to reach you if it is mailed during weekends/public holiday periods)

(7) Saving Private Label will not be responsible for any loss/damages incurred during post. Our responsibility ends once the item leaves our hands.

Saving Private Label sticks firmly to our policy of bringing in only 1-piece-per-item, unless otherwise stated. Cause we believe and we want you babes to take pride in owning the 1-and-only piece that is unique and one-of-kind.

Customization

Saving Private Label offers 2 types of customization:

I. You like a particular design on Saving Private Label and wish to add a personal touch. Price of the customized piece may differ from the price of the original design if the cost of materials used differ significantly.

II. You want to Saving Private Label to make a piece specially designed just for you. The piece will be designed according to the budget provided by you.

Important Information:

**For either service, it is subjected to the availability of materials.
**You will be informed of any difference in prices due to a change in materials used etc. I will only proceed to make the piece after you've agreed to the new price.
**50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel the order after I've made the piece. This is to prevent dead buyers.

Caring For Your Pieces

Saving Private Label tries to use tarnish-resistant wires and sterling silver ear hooks when possible but it is inevitable that all silver components will eventually tarnish.

To slow down the process and to provide general care for your jewelry, we recommend the following:

- Keep your jewelry dry and clean at all times.
- Avoid leaving it out in the open and avoid leaving your earrings on the earring holder.
- Store your jewelry in the re-sealable bags provided.
- If the climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area.
- Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals such as perfumes, soaps and body powder.
- Avoid contact with rubber bands or any rubber product. The sulfur present in rubber can cause tarnishing and corrosion.
- The wire used for my wirecrafts is malleable so please try not to tug it too much.

Materials used:
* Sterling Silver - It'll eventually tarnish, but at a slower rate. It can always be re-polished using a polishing cloth/solution to give a bright shine.
* Gold Plated - It's having a very thin layer of gold plated over base metals.
* Gold Filled - It's having a layer of karat gold bonded to a metal core. Gold-filled has more gold than gold plated. Hence it's usually more durable and resistant to wearing and discoloring.
